30-minute focused practice to access the deeply restorative Alpha mind state.

Based on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra (probably the best known way to induce complete physical mental and emotional relaxation) Dynamic rest is a useful intervention in managing and preventing workplace stress and burnout. The technique can be learnt as a self practice or with the aid of voice recordings. White Raven dynamic rest recordings can be made available to participants.
