A practical session to learn and explore easy to apply tools and techniques for the relief of everyday pressures and anxiety.

In just one 60minute session, participants will learn simple methods to; identify and manage tension and stress symptoms, relax the mind and deal with anxiety, prepare for stressful situations and begin to develop mental and emotional resilience for better daily wellbeing. Participants will be guided in a series of clearly demonstrated body stretches, breathing exercises and mindfulness practices which can be done seated or standing and wearing everyday office clothes. This can be followed by short pair exercises; to share experiences and build confidence with identifying and practicing / using the tools.
